Lauren on the set of Law & Order: SVU

Lauren is hard at work in New York City as Avery Jordan in an upcoming episode of “Law and Order: Special Victims Unit” and it’s so exciting to see photos from the set! Thanks to Ice T and Johnny G’s twitter pages, you can check out two photos that were tweeted of Lauren on set.

    

Two Upcoming Appearances Cancelled

Due to a schedule conflict with the filming of Lauren’s current guest starring spot on “Law and Order: Special Victims Unit” she will no longer be in attendance to tonight’s Paleyfest event with the cast of “The Walking Dead”. Additionally the “Shock Horror: Dead Downunder” has also been cancelled. Due to a major player in the running of the event stepping down, they have gone ahead and cancelled the event entirely. The next upcoming calendered appearance for Lauren will be “Jimmy Kimmel Live!” this coming Tuesday.

Lauren heads over to Jimmy Kimmel Live!

The official press release for the week has not quite surfaced yet, but the word is out now, Lauren will be a guest on the ABC late night show “Jimmy Kimmel Live!” this Tuesday! Be sure to tune in on March 5th at 11:35 /10:35c on ABC to see her appearance, along with Zach Braff, who will also be a guest the same night.

Lauren lands guest starring role in ‘Law & Order: SVU’

Lauren has been booked for a guest starring role in a late March episode of the popular NBC series “Law and Order: Special Victim’s Unit” playing a character named Avery Jordan, who is a sport’s reporter. You can read below for more information on the role.

Lauren Cohan will play a sports reporter in a March episode of the long-running Dick Wolf procedural. Lauren Cohan is going fromThe Walking Dead to Law & Order: SVU.

The actress has been tapped to guest star in the long-running NBC procedural’s “legitimate rape” episode, The Hollywood Reporter has learned exclusively.

During the episode, set for late March, Cohan will play Avery Jordan, a popular sports reporter who accuses her cameraman of raping her. When she learns she’s pregnant from the encounter, she opts to keep the baby. The role of the cameraman has yet to be cast.

Next Sunday’s episode of The Walking Dead is titled “I Ain’t a Judas” and we now officially have two stills featuring Lauren as Maggie that you can check out in our gallery! Be sure to tune in at 9/8c on February 24th to catch this brand new episode.

Their security threatened, Rick and the group must make a choice. With Woodbury in a police state, Andrea grows uneasy.

    

Evenings with “The Walking Dead” live + Twitter photos

The last week has been a busy one for Lauren, she was present at events in Milwaukee, Kansas City, and Cleveland promoting “The Walking Dead” with a different set of costars joining her at each event. I’ve added some great photos from Milwaukee’s evening and in addition updated the Miscellaneous photos in the gallery with the full inclusion of photos from Lauren’s twitter and photos of Lauren shared by friends and costars.

New Promotional Poster for “The Walking Dead”

AMC will be airing The Walking Dead in Black and White starting tomorrow evening (14/02) and in honour of this they’ve released a new poster featuring a shot from the season three promotional shoot of Lauren as ‘Maggie Greene’ in black and white on a blood spattered canvas.

AMC is set to launch their Real Original Thursdays unscripted programing block beginning this Thursday night with the mid-season premiere of Comic Book Men at 9/8c followed by two new series – Freakshow and Immortalized. The network is also set to air Season 1 of The Walking Dead in black and white as a lead into the night of original programing.

The black and white episodes of The Walking Dead Season 1 begin on February 14, 6:30pm ET with the pilot and episode 2 at 8/9c. AMC Real Original Thursdays debuts on Thu., Feb. 14, with the return of Comic Book Men at 9/8c followed by the series premieres of Freakshow at 9:30/8:30c and Immortalized at 10/9c.ode 102 at 8pm.
